3. Recording Consent
You are responsible for obtaining all required consent before recording any session, phone call, meeting, or conversation. Recording laws vary by location. Session Keeper does not provide legal advice and does not determine whether a recording is lawful. Do not upload recordings unless you have the right to record and use the content.
4. Professional Responsibility
Session Keeper is a support tool. It does not replace professional judgment, coaching skill, therapy, medical care, legal advice, crisis support, or professional documentation requirements. Coaches, practitioners, and users remain responsible for reviewing generated content and deciding how to use it.
5. AI-Generated Content
Session Keeper may use AI to generate summaries, themes, patterns, action steps, reflection questions, and insights. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require editing. Users should review all generated content before relying on it.
6. User Content
- Users retain responsibility for the recordings, transcripts, notes, client information, and other content they upload or enter.
- Users must not upload content they do not have permission to use.
- Users grant Session Keeper permission to process user content only as needed to provide the service.
